Games with Audio Description
This list is limited to video games that include in-game audio description. It does not include audio-only games with no visuals or other games that might be fully accessible without sight but do not include audio description.
How to understand this list:
- Production: Indicates whether the audio description was produced by an independent professional organization with AD experience or produced in-house by the studio’s own writers and narrators.
- Voiced by: Distinguishes whether the audio description was voiced by a human narrator or Text-to-Speech (TTS).
- Playability: Assesses the accessibility features that enable playing the game with no eyesight. The scale is: None (no additional accessibility features), Low, Partial, High, and Full (a robust suite of accessibility features, such as menu narration, sound cues, navigation assistance, or aim assistance).
- Platforms: Which game consoles or operating systems the game can be played on.
