Beginning July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027, the top five national nonbroadcast networks will be HGTV, Hallmark, TLC, TNT, and TBS, with TNT replacing the History network (source). As always, Fox News, ESPN, and MSNBC have an exemption from the audio description rules due to airing primarily live and near-live programming.
