The following titles are AUDIO DESCRIBED IN ENGLISH on the Plex streaming service in the USA. Jump to Titles. Plex is a TVOD, or Transactional Video On Demand service offering both free streaming titles (with ads) and fee digital rentals (no ads) of films. For rentals, Plex gives you 30 days to start watching once you've paid, and 48 hours to finish (or repeat) the rental once you begin watching. They have two separate lists of described titles online: Free (ad-supported) Titles and Fee Rental Titles. (We combine both below.) While they have over 600 live TV channels, audio description is not supported on live TV. Formed in 2009, Plex is independently owned. Their titles were first listed on this site in July 2024. LAST TITLE UPDATE: Nov 15, 2024; count = 29 titles. Additions to this list are posted on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Plex is supported on a huge number of platforms and media devices, and they have extensive help text online, including how to turn on AD on your device.
